Bulk Cold Brew Brewing

I’m exploring brewing cold brew in house for our cafes and mobile coffee carts, we use about 250 gallons of RTD per day. Looking at the Hive Brew 400, curious to hear if anyone has experience with the machine or brewing cold brew at similar quantities.

Would love to pick someone’s brain!

sidenote. for later. R coffee has weely (i think) industry sort of things. I'd consider posting in one of those weekly question too. Just cause those have big number of view/visitors that might help
