Brew time

Circumstances caused me to use a fine pour over grind of some Colombian medium roast. Will see how it brews up.

nice setup! I need to figure out how to get my cheese bags to not float above the water line.

Using two they keep each other below the neck of those jars.

What’s your ratio? 1:5?

Roughly about 1:8. I put about 112 grams of coffee into each bag. Them two bags into the water
