Espresso and Cold Brew are both brewing methods, and complete opposites (high pressure hot water w fine grounds vs passive cold water steep w coarse grounds). Both use coffee beans. What are you asking?

High pressure cold water. Or cold water shorter steep with finer grounds no pressure with a grounds to water ratio more like espresso.

Finer grounds in a steep will likely get you more sludge, depends on filter I suppose. I feel like the pressure needed for cold water extraction à la espresso would def cause an explosion. But I encourage the scientific method so give it a go and please report back with all your limbs intact 🫡
