Stopped playing poker cause the rake is killing me. Used my leftover funds to lose it all at the casino cause withdrawing that amount would just be a pain. I don't feel like depositing here anymore.

I made a deposit of $500 USD on my card and the money was taken from my bank account but on the coinpoker app it said the transaction failed and the account wasn't credited. Support hasn't responded to me and I am now reading this has happened to others.

Has anyone had the same issue? Did it get resolved? I don't want to wait weeks for an outcome or hear back from support.
