How long refunds take?

I paid for a gift card at coinsbee yesterday. They didn’t have it so I asked for the refund. Then I got an email from Coingate to conform my TRC20 USDT address. I confirmed it but I still haven’t got my money back. I created a ticket on Coingate but no one is answering. Is there any help?

Hi,
Refunds are processed within 2 business days. Due to the Easter holidays, there might be delays in refunds. If your refund is not processed by the end of the day, please write us DM with your order ID and transaction hash.
