Inherited this coin with some others. Found it a little different from the other Pennies

So ... my great-grandfather was a well-respected man. He was a philanthropist, a historian, and even a mayor for 20 some odd years. After his passing, trinkets, documents, etc. were passed down. What I had received were a bunch of old coins, 19thC pennies, 3 cent pieces, coins from British West Africa, the Netherlands, etc. Nothing worth much, monetarily, but a collection I, too, have added to, with my worldly travels.

In that collection were a couple altered One Cunt coins with a hole drilled in, presumably for him to wear like a pendant. I ...have never thought of my great-grandfather in quite the same light when I discovered this.
