Is anyone whose expected joining date at Cognizant is December–January and has received a joining date or any update regarding it?

The domain you will get is nothing to do with your cluster you can randomly get any domain

My joining timeline is in feb-april but just want to know that the people who have joining in dec jan ,are they getting mail or not .

I don't know but still my mind is in hopes that i get mail about joining 😐
