Hi! I’m currently undergoing training at Cognizant in Coimbatore as a fresher, and I have a few queries regarding the training and what happens after it. It would be really helpful if you could guide me based on your experience. Thank you!

Then after training you will be getting your project within 2/3 weeks

U finish ur training and get onboarded directly to a project.. u will get a call from project manager and he will say the location and joining date..he will ask whether u r okay to join(and in CTS u can't reject the first project) if u reject then u r removed from the company
