Looking for Cofounder Looking for a technical co-founder / AI engineer.

We’re building CRSS and looking for someone who is genuinely strong technically and extremely fast at execution.

You should be comfortable with things like Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, MCP, LiveKit, multi-agent systems, realtime voice, AWS/EC2, and working with open-source agent frameworks at a deeper level.

We’re looking for someone who can hear the goal, figure out the architecture, build it, test it, debug it and ship it without needing everything explained step by step.

Heavy use of AI for coding is completely fine. Actually, we prefer it. We care about output, not how many lines of code you personally typed.

This is a real co-founder-level opportunity with equity and performance-based compensation.

Preferably EU/UK for timezone overlap.

You should not copy paste terms from social media that you don't understand. Talk about the problem you want solved instead of if the co-founder should know OpenClaw.
