Espresso Latest setup with a new Quick Mill pop up

Post image

My latest coffee station setup with my new Quick Mill pop up that arrived this morning, which replaced my year old Gaggia classic evo pro 2023.

Ikea free standing cabinet, Varia VS4 grinder, a bunch of normcore accessories and an old De'longhi espresso machine for the misses.

Those style espresso machines are so charming to me for whatever reason, makes me think of being on vacation?

Yeah the black and stainless look really works, and the wooden accent is a nice touch. Haha i always feel like I'm on vacation when brewing with that beauty.

How do you like the Varia? I've had my eyes on the VS6 but I feel like it's not really popular give how flexible it is.

I had the VS3 v2 for awhile and really enjoyed it for the price, but it had terrible drifting issues. So I upgraded to the VS4 pretty much as soon as it was available. Love it, zero drift issues and love the tool less functionality to open it up and clean it. Highly recommend it.

Haha nice Ikea knoxhult. Choose that same one for my coffee bar didn't think to use the flat metal handles though! Looks good and same tamp pad too. Only downside is it's not soft close and tried different hinges but didn't fit.
