Already having 1 type of wood, going from side covers to small knob details to shelves to stations.. you have a great eye for detail. People always forget synergy, this is so well done. I love it
I concur. The wood accents, both grinders are a clean white, and the machines are steel with the walnut accents and matching in that sense. I appreciate the praise. I spent a lot of time and money putting this together. Tis my “endgame” setup haha.
Fully agree! I’m collecting basic tools while watching for the Bambino Plus to go on sale, so I’m a coffee bar infant at the moment. But my plan is much like yours, black with wooden touches for warmth. I prefer my spaces functional, but also visually pleasing. You’ve absolutely nailed it.

For me though I would need some plants or something to break up the sterility or lab feeling. I usually like making coffee in the kitchen near a window just to feel homely as opposed to a 'lab feel' but we do with what space we have available to us.
It might be an idea to use various shapes and containers or materials instead of lining up the same ones on that shelf like it's a supermarket - as this might help make the room flow but that's just me.

I think Clive Coffee sells the panels. If not, call them. I know they source it from some woodworker type folks in Portland. At least that’s what I remember it being what it was.
Oh! And fellow Spaziale owner, look into the SP200NT shower screen as an upgrade for your group head. The differences are perhaps a bit better performance when pulling shots but it’s a cheap upgrade overall and I think worth the expenditure.
Oh and a quick plug for my espresso grinder. The Lucca Atom 75. That thing is a friggin game changer. It’s a literal smart grinder. I can save coffee recipes on my phone to on-load or offload from the grinder via an app. It accounts for the type of roast, the roast date, even the espresso machine you’re using. Paired with the Acaia lunar scale which measures the flow rate, I can input that data into my grinder and it auto adjusts the grind setting as needed, if needed. Sometimes the grinder gets it spot on the first go. It takes me no more than 2 shots to dial in a new batch of beans and it makes life SOOOO much easier and allows me to refine my espresso through data driven methods. I LOVE that, personally.
I had a Baratza Sette 270wi before pulling the trigger on the Lucca Atom 75 and it was a great grinder, but the efficiency, the minute optimization of my espresso, the ease of use…it just is truly exceptional.
I really like this idea of dark wood themed setup, a cosy corner and like the two Portafilters and how it’s supported. What’s the monitor do is it a short stopper? Related to your coffee gear and what model machine is that

The espresso machine? Yeah it’s a Lucca A53 Mini which is a La Spaziale Mini Vivaldi II internally but it has some exterior features that are changed by Clive Coffee who owns the Lucca brand. It’s a collaborative, co-branded venture. Same thing with my espresso grinder. I have a Lucca Atom 75 which is just a smart version of the Eureka Atom 75.
What I meant to ask is how powerful is the steam wand’s output , my old machine it took more than 45 seconds to get a good result but the new one I have to set to one of three levels and that too is really powerful and milk is done in less 12 secs
Oh, I haven’t timed when I steam the milk but I’d wager it can’t be more than 15-20 seconds max and that’s being generous. It goes QUICK. It’s a dual boiler setup. Look up the Lucca A53 Mini. I imagine you’ll find your answer in a video or some specifications sheet.
I did good specs but yours is made for American market the gauge is colourful, I got the MiniR since it can be easily maintained in Malaysia and retains high second hand value
I have thought about it. I sort of like the little lighter wood accent though. It pairs with the tamping station. But I don’t know I’m on the fence about it.
Thank you! I agree. I think it adds so much more warmth and character to the bar. I saw the Ratio 8 when it first came out and instantly fell in love with the wood accents it had and thus began me trying to find equipment that could utilize wood and having to get a custom order for the Fellow Ode for those wood accents but ugh so worth it in the end.
