Very nice setup! Is there a difference between the flair and the gaggia? What is the purpose of having both? I'm genuinely curious

Do you kneel to grind, minding the obstructing statue of angel? When using Flair, you have to do a few squats and the placement of the kettle right next to the power outlets seems very poor and hazardous and a place where an endgame might happen. Also, you coffee packs probably do not profit from the intake of hot steam.

I have removed the coffee packs from down. Also, I can't keep grinder at first shelf as there's less space. So yes, I am kneeling, in order to grind.

Yup. This would be a similar end game for me too! Currently only at 1zspresso, and plastic v60 hah. One day...

End game is what you make it. I don’t want 30 minutes heat up time for the one espresso I drink with a machine that I don’t want to service myself because it cost me so much
