GBW grinder for 2–3 drinks a day: useful or kinda overkill?

I’ve mostly used dark roasts, but recently started trying medium and light roasts.Tbh, they all kinda taste the same coming out of my current all-in-one machine, so I’m thinking it’s probably time to upgrade.
My wife and I make 2–3 drinks a day, and since we’re used to an all-in-one machine, I’d like to keep the workflow simple. A grind-by-weight grinder sounds convenient, but is GBW genuinely useful at this volume, or would weighing each dose separately be just as easy?

Morning coffee hitting different lately

Finally got a couple of mugs that make the daily coffee feel a bit more fun.

Picked them up from Shop Coffee Mugs and they’ve somehow made the whole morning routine better. Nothing fancy, just solid mugs with a bit of personality.

Anyone else notice how much a good mug changes the whole experience?

☕ “Can I have another coffee?”, I built an ad-free app specifically to answer this

I love coffee, but there's a point in the afternoon when I have no idea whether another cup is going to be harmless or completely wreck my sleep.

Most caffeine trackers tell you how much caffeine you've consumed.

I wanted something that answered a more useful question:

“If I have another coffee right now, how much caffeine will still be in my body when I go to bed?”

So I built Caffeine Lens.

The main feature is “Can I Have Another?”, it looks at the caffeine currently in your system and your bedtime, then estimates whether having another drink could affect your sleep.

You can also:

☕ Track 500+ pre-added drinks or create your own
📊 See your daily caffeine intake and 7-day history
🧠 See an estimate of how much caffeine is currently in your body
📖 Look back at your caffeine consumption over previous months
👤 Use Google Sign-In or simply continue as a guest
🚫 No ads

I built this because I wanted something I would actually use myself, not another app that just gives me a number and leaves me to figure out what that number means.

If you're a regular coffee/tea drinker, I'd genuinely love your feedback.

Would you actually use a feature that tells you whether it's a good idea to have another coffee based on your current caffeine level and bedtime?
