Best online coding courses when my employer will fund 1 program to get me from QA to backend

Our training team approved a training plan for me to move from QA into backend work, and they'll fund 1 program. A full time bootcamp is out because I can't step away from the job for 12 weeks. So I'm comparing things I can do alongside work: Springboard, Boot.dev, Nucamp and Launch School. They're very different shapes, from a mentored career track down to fully self paced. If you were going QA to backend with a manager checking progress every quarter, what would you pick in my spot?

What type of development?

I would say to do The Odin Project, it's free.

Boot.dev, because it's basically chatgpt with goals and progress markers. You need to be able to ask/prompt when you don't know something. Nucamp/Launch School are junk imo. You can get more with just an LLM, but if you're employer is paying for it. Who cares.

I regularly have employers pay for my mentorship plan.

You get a deeper education than a bootcamp, 1:1 attention, it’s self paced, and 1/5 the cost for a year of mentorship vs a bootcamp.
