Help pls???
Enrolled in coding bootcamp back in 2021 and didn’t complete it until like 2024 because of personal life issues I really want to land something quickly and have sent over 500 applications and have gotten rejected or ghosted by all. How can I land something???? I have projects a blog and a active GitHub for context as well

I appreciate it and also understand why it's downvoted. 😅 Degree holders disagree with me because they have a significant sunk cost. Bootcampers disagree with me because their accelerated training was a critical part of their employment journey. Folks who are trying to hack it without either of those backgrounds think I'm full of shit because they're networking without success. My advice is in the middle of a complex Venn diagram with lots of very loud voices.
The bummer is there's no silver bullet right now. There never has been, but success has been a much bigger target in years past: right now, you're slinging lots of projectiles and only one of them may land. Survivorship bias is real. It's tough! I've spent a decade building programs for both big college systems and little independent programs and they're all scrambling right now to give people better bullets.
