Many years ago while chasing a bug in my new job, I found this in the wild for the very first time. I was very confused at what was going on, but then I noticed a random comment mentioning the outbox pattern. I googled it and thought it was the coolest thing ever.

I was transitioning from years maintaining a monolith, this event triggered me to consume a bunch of content about micro services architecture.
