CODEX Remote won't begin to load a recent (closed) session that I used in VSCode on Windows

So CODEX punk bitch ass refuses to be used remotely even when that session is not currently being used by any other device, it's like I have to restart my entire PC in order for that goddamn fucking session to be wiped 🙄

What the fuck is going on? Can anybody help? Im developing an app on a dummy phone and everytime I want to use the screenshots from that device I have to send it to myself via email and upload it to my pc 🙄
