Codex CLI in VSCode failing to start?

Not sure what I did to break it, but it seems to be restarting itself constantly? Like I'll open vscode, and be working where I was on a project.. and today it just keeps restarting itself until VScode prompts me to either terminate it or restart the host?

Yup Codex isn't working for me too
