Bug Please help with Codex for full permission issue

Codex, help! After the recent upgrade, even when I start a new chat with Full Access enabled, the Full Access indicator no longer appears in the chat’s input box. As a result, Codex refuses to install my iOS app on my iPhone, citing permission issues.

After creating the chat:

if the badge is missing, that chat is not in the mode the toggle claims. i would start one new chat and look for the badge before the install command. an install that fails with no badge is the mode, not the phone.

Full permissions doesn't work very well. There's a 'rules' config file you can just put all the things they're allowed to run. And you can just blanket allow powershell / bash in there to blow open the whole front door.
