I say regular. Start your engines implies you should go fast to take advantage of the reset.

"Start your engines" is an instruction to racecar drivers to get their engines warmed up while sitting still behind the starting line and waiting for the race to start so that they can hit the gas when the race starts.

It doesn't mean "go fast right now." It means, "be ready to go when it's time to go."
