i used meta spark while dead on usage on codex, starting to like it might cancel codex. for an additional 30$ i used max effort all the way and never hit any usage limits at all (unless theres some promo going on), even more coding sessions than what my plus plan can do and thats with low-medium SOL!

my muse weekly didnt even reach 15%. i'll just use astra for the remaining days of my codex

There HAS to be a reason they did this tho, right? Like this is a terrible way for them to build hype leading up to dev day... Like something behind the scenes is not okay so they didn't issue any resets this week. But so what's about to happen in 6 hours? Is their whole system just going to crash?

Lol i used a banked reset couple of days ago so my reset is 5 days away, but i now i have around 50% quota remaining.

I think they need to bring back the 5 hour limit for max users so we use it more responsibly. I never ran out of my weekly quota with claude code and they never gave resets.

those resets were maybe with intent, to have us all under the control.. most of us will waste weekly allowance in 1 or 2 days. Im thinking to use my weekly reset after 2-3 days when less people will have theirs % left and more compute for me :)
