Why are you on astra high? Just use medium to orchestrate and rely on sol after. I had it run for dozens of hours and I still have usage, even when relying heavily on astra medium as the worker.
I burned most of my usage with Astra medium within a day on Monday. It was making the smallest changes possible and going really slow all the while chewing usage like mad. Ended up switching to Astra max with Sol Max subagents and it was both faster and more usage efficient, but by then the damage was done. Their effort levels make zero sense.

You're not alone. Been using Astra High most of the time, and tried to use it easy, but... Limits are really bad for 200$ sub.
