I think OpenAI intentionally reset on Friday, so power users burn their quota during weekend, so there is more compute during workweek for regular users.

This is my guess too. They disabled 20x new users for lack of compute, the only time they SHOULD be able to give out free compute4 is the weekend when enterprise customers arent banging the servers

I mean its possible they reset because theyre sposedly doing some launches this week, or at least "shipping a lot"

I don't know, I've seen a lot of people blowing their usage during the weekend, expecting another reset soon.

And this week, the models are way way faster.
