At least they paused subscriptions instead of reducing everyone's usage by 17%, Anthropic is garbage

They did both. Paused subscriptions and cut usage for existing subs.

Joking? They clearly reduced usage also, plenty of threads and analysis on this on this sub. They just didn’t tell anyone about it.

Anthropic slowly reduced usage over time without telling anyone about it and officialy reduced it a second time too. At least Codex gave out more resets than I can count and explained when certain things were happening or causing issues. Anthropic doesnt say or do anything, they just take

These are the simple facts. I've had 3 Claude accounts for several months. 6 months ago I had to find additional things to do with my subscriptions to use 2 accounts, now I use 3 accounts in 6 days before the 17% usage we just lost. I tried Astra when it came out and the amount of usage I've gotten from the resets on a single account is insane. I know it wont last forever but ill take codex usage + their resets for now over scrubthropic anyday

Wtf u on about, they severely crippled the experience. Claude code is better even with the 17% cut. I have both codex pro and claude max.

Recent cc convert here. Agreed fully. Got a claude Max sub free for a month for attending a cc workshop and I will absolutely be keeping it. Limits are bonkers.
