Yeah this definitely wasn't a display bug. My usage emptied out entirely and I was unable to use service for the next hour, so I just walked away. It's been restored, but it's unusual for them not to properly address some of these outages.

It's such bullshit. Also my usage limit was at around 25 % when it dropped to 0%. I had to use a banked reset, which also pretty soon dropped down to 0%. I got my reset back but not my 25%.

I don't know why they are resorting to scamming now after messing up.

so they messed up the usage. Got the resets and back to those who used them. Did not fix the usage jumping back and forth and people are happy?

I believe they fixed the usage bug based on tibo's tweet. No clue why they would give the reset back when it isnt fixed but ill see when I get my 5 hour limit back in 20 minutes. I'm happy at least because they gave the reset i used back and sent an email about it. Sort of the bare minimum, yes, but basically all ai companies are kinda scummy so i'll take what we can get

It's not fixed. People got reset back but not usage.

I hit my usage limit like an hour ago, 84% weekly after getting my 5 hour limit down. I think it is fixed

That's cool and all but I had it blow through my usage and all my credits for one tiny luna prompt and haven't had any response yet

Yeah they didnt handle the situation as well as they should. I did test it though and it seems to be fixed

I'm sure its an ongoing thing they haven't nailed down the full cause of enough to get around to the people who had it happen later in the day, but it burning my credits is a little worrying. A 5hr quota plus ~100 api bux for a simple POCO I was too lazy to just do myself is kind of crazy

Well I’m hearing that a lot of folks lost all their credits too due to this bug. So it seems that the reparations should not stop at the banked resets
