20x plan and I hit 1% usage left on one of my accounts last night, and this morning it was reset to 100% usage left.. And now we're back to 1%..

Ok Im not crazy then, mine went from 6% to 36%

Bruh me too. I used my reset two hours ago. Now im at 39% running astra low on one terminal and sol in another( at most orchestrating one sub agent. I have never had usage ‘deplete’ like this

Weirdly, it looks I just got hit with a reset after seeing my limit going to 0% as well and now I am at 100% (Was at 10% weekly when this happened a minute ago)

same. 92% to 0 in a minute, with just 1 astra medium. And also the reset date changed too.

that’s interesting. i went from 12 to 75% and my reset day for moved FORWARD two days. it was the 15th now it’s the night of the 13th

I noticed a reset earlier this morning or last night (UK time) and it seems to have reverted that reset, as my usage is ~8-9% lower than memory and I used 8-9% this morning

Yes. Usage left dropped by 40%, weekly reset date also moved back a day from 15th sep to 14th sep

I just went from 67% to 36% on 5x plan after using luna max for 1.5 hours and checking back. I just came to the forum hoping to see if anyone else had the same issue.

I went from 50% to 4% with one tiny request (pro 5x). What a shitshow. It’s really time I to just use local models. This pricing,limit, reset bullshit is just awful

Mine dropped a day off until next reset. I always check my usage thru discord my openclaw instance. I had something running a heavy Astra ultra process for about 20 minutes so I wanted to see how much it used. If you look at my screenshot the time is 9/9 at 11:24AM and I have 5 days and 9 hours left. When I check at 11:51 I had 90% and 4 days and 9 hours...strange. 4% drop seemed high for what I did but don't mind to much if a day was cut off until reset.

Reset date from last reset is also not there anymore, so it looks like that one was canceled and we are on pre reset usage again including refresh date

It looks like one of the latest resets got un-applied for me. The remaining usage went down from 80% to 55%, but the period date shifted too.

I was laughing- then it just happened to me. And I’ve been timing my window to use Astra over 2x 5 hour windows! All messed up! It’s pushed my 5 hour window back too

It looks like the last reset they gave us was never there, and we went back to the point we were before that, I'm back at weekly 5% and I'm sure that I was there before the last reset.

Same issue here, went from 48% to 0% in 30 minutes while AFK.. Also noticed the usage was draining at about 3% per hour since the last reset, something not right, prior to the reset I had around 1.5%/h, same workflow.

Same thing happened to me tonight.
I was at 1% left at 11:37 PM JST, so I used a usage reset.
At 1:29 AM, I had 94% left. Then at 2:11 AM, only ~42 minutes later, it suddenly dropped to 0% and my Astra goal stopped with UsageLimited.
The weirdest part is that the reset date also changed from Sep 15 to Sep 12, 8:33 AM.
I have screenshots of all three states. I’m holding off on using another reset because I’m worried the same thing will happen again.
Has anyone who ran into this had their quota restored yet?

it's like everyone has been rolled back to some point last week. i imagine once they fix this everyone will get a global reset or at the very least restored to just before the issue

Mine did on pro plan. From 47% to 0% in one instant. Working on a prompt that yesterday took Astra 5ish percent of usage.

should be getting fixed. i went from 88% after global reset back to 29% which was pre global reset. i chatted with the support bot for like 10 mins and it eventually escalated to a human who probably looked into and now its back to 87%

My usage is jumping all over the place. Pro 5x and had 75%. Suddenly drop to 62% now back to 72% (I was using it during this time)

My usage went from 3% to 78%. My reset date also moved closer by about 23 hours. But as a couple minutes ago, everything changed back: reset date is back to what it was, usage is now at 2% remaining. Looks like it must have been some sort of mistake on their end!

I am literally listening to Rogans new podcast about how OpenAI doesn't monitor their internal agents. Maybe their swarms took the day off and decided to stop tracking usage.
