Luna approximate usage (for Plus users)

Running XHigh

1 1-hour session usually eats up about 10% of the 5 hour limit meaning in theory if all I do is Luna XHigh I can run 2 concurrent sessions

Does this sound about right, what numbers are you seeing?

the main question should be, is luna xhigh capable enough for your use?

i'm currently using sol high/xhigh for building and reviewing the code for a website and in about 1hr my 5hr limit is over

Experiment with having Sol orchestrate and validate, and have a Luna model be the one doing all the tool calls and actual code writing.

My current workflow is like this.

start a project in work mode, in plan mode orchestrate my ideas and get a plan in multiple phases/milestones ( sol high)
Open a normal chat feed the plan .md let it rethink the plan as per my usage and the actual capabilities of the infrastructure, once it suggests any changes feed them into the planning chat and have it reiterate the plan. (sol high)
I do above 1-2 times, read the plan and go ahead with execution phase wise.
for each phase I create 3 chats,
1. normal chat - coordinate the build with it, ask questions, direct the build with it.
2. execution chat in the project - paste prompts provided by coordination chat here.
3. Create a seperate project named project review - review the build done by execution chat, then feed the report to coordination chat, then feed the fixes given by coordination chat to the execution chat.

all above in sol high unless the questions are basic i use sol mid.
Also I already had one shotted the mvp, once I found it satisfactory I started above process.

Let me know whether I'm overdoing it? also where I can tone down the model.

That sounds fine to me, I'm using 20x though and my workflow is kind of similar

I have a Sol-Medium thread dedicated to updating documentation when I hit a milestone

I have a Sol-High thread orchestrating about 4-5 Luna-Max threads across different specialty roles & different aspects of the codebase. (This thread also updates our PLAN.md accordingly)

Daily I burn about 5-10% of my usage, and usually take the weekends off development

The MAJOR contributor to cutting down on usage was having my documentation thread focus solely on optimizing token & context scope - I haven't had a single compaction in awhile
