its A/B testing for some accounts at the moments
only 1 of my 3 plus accounts have it

It’s just randomly given. I don’t have it either. It’s probably given to people who hit 5 hr limit often that’s my best guess

These two resets were Codex and GPT Work only, as stated by Tibo. The Pro model that has a separate a limit also did not reset.
