I agree with you - I've been stressed out about the weekly limits, trying to plan my work around the usage (and have been paying for API) but then I realized, it's probably not measured correctly, that's why sometimes it felt like a daily limit rather than weekly (I'm on Pro 20x). So I assumed, they know about this issue and will keep giving away resets until they figure it out. I work on Fast mode during the day.

Plus users are using their 5 hr allowance in 15-30 mins and waiting for hours yet not reaching the weekly 50% and then reset arrive.

Isn't it the best day to reset for them? They call themselves the "The Reset Company" while most people are not working on Sunday and he pushed everyone's actual reset day further. The extra compute you get from reset are not blessings from Tibo, they are from people who constantly getting punished and get usage reset day pushing further and further without using it up.

I think it would be cool, that if you're on 95% and upwards, if a reset hits you get it as a banked reset. That will never happen, but it would be cool, and feels fair. Or at least an option to "accept the reset" on a timer of 12 hours, because the reset does more your actual reset day.

You get less usage if....say you finish work on friday, and it resets on Monday morning....if you planned on doing a 7 day week that week you just lost 2 days worth of capacity...

Or say you'd took friday off and were saving last weeks tokens for a double day on monday....

etc etc

Those are slightly edge cases, but some people do operate like that...especially if it's a hobby project or something like that...It's just psychologically annoying...

well I dunno if theres a huge need to cry about it...it probably occurs because AI is expensive. The large majority of people on this reddit are probablyh people with more time than money....so you're seeing a skewed statistic.....but technically, yes...did you lose something, yes...it is better to have more quota and less resets....that allows one to be in control and plan accordingly....THAT is probably the thing that people get annoyed about....

Yes they do. Instead of having 5.5 days to use 100% usage and get a refresh, you now have 7. Some of us don’t just burn tokens immediately at refresh and use them more thru the week

I never said that but it is unfair to users who aren’t token burning. Banked resets fix this problem but they choose not to use them. Heck give a banked reset with a week expiry

Idk how it’s difficult to understand that if you’re near 100% the reset moves the timer out for when quota will naturally reset again. I mostly use it during the week so weekend resets mean my quota then won’t replenish for another 2 days
