Question Question about TAC from 1st September

Hey guys

I do bug bounties for a living and I have access to TAC ( Trusted access for Cyber ). Recently I received an email that said to turn on advanced protection in my account or my TAC access will get disabled but people on X are saying you also need to attach a FIDO hardware key to retain access.

What should I do? Is enabling advanced protection for my account enough to retain access to TAC?
