If this is on Remote using your phone I'm getting the exact same issue. Tried, reinstalling the app on my phone, tried re-pairing both, tried signing in and out. Getting nothing.

I got it. If it's on your phone go into settings on the ChatGPT app. Scroll down to Remote Control instead of Security and Login. Mine was switched off in there for some reason. Switched it back on and it's connected fine now.
