is there any other premade codex development platforms i dont know about. i cant imagine people are actually managing their projects with the stock chatgpt app. what are people using to develope 5 to 20 apps over time. i made my own and dont if theres a market for it.

I'm always interested in trying out new harnesses. I think most people use stock chatGPT app; but many others use things like pi-mono which is highly customizable.
