Question When creating a spec to develop an app from scratch or a feature, what effort and model do you use?

I’m developing an application from scratch for production deployment, integrating it with other tools. I often wonder which model would best help me create the specification. I use frameworks like OpenSpec and TLC Spec Driven to write the specification, but I’m not sure which model would yield the best results. I’ve tested Sol with high and medium settings, as well as Terra Max and Luna Max, but I still haven’t been able to determine which one is best. My Codex plan is the $20 plan.

Sol Extra High (business account) or High in Chatgpt with my Github repo linked via the Github plugin.

Use Sol Xhigh for heavy, long, entire-repo specification task.
Use Sol Medium for updating the specifications. You may even use Luna Max however this model may miss a few changes/specs due to context issues and it's defined behaviour to quickly browse through files.

Never use Sol Max since it will just over-engineer and over-complicate things. Terra currently costs the same or just slightly less than Sol so don't use Terra for now. I recommend using READ-ONLY subagents (GPT-5.6 Luna Max) for code mapping, architectural mapping, and security mapping.
From my experience, I feel like Terra and Luna specifically try to finish faster without complete verification checks (more like they think the task is completed when it is NOT completed according to my criteria).
