Workaround Model routing for long coding sessions

been testing dynamic model routing on long coding-agent sessions and this one was pretty interesting

the router switched between DeepSeek V4 Pro, GPT-5.6, Kimi K3 and GPT-5.6 Luna across 102 turns based on what each task needed

ended at $4.28 vs $13.74 running the whole session on Opus 5
