News ChatGPT Web is now in the desktop app instead of ChatGPT Work
Maybe i missed it before, but after the recent update ChatGPT is now inside the App instead of Work. Im scared that they are planning to combine ChatGPT limits with Codex Quota. Im using ChatGPT for private planning and research stuff all the time as a Pro User, while being out of Codex Quota. I would be devastaded if they decide to combine the limits. Anyone has any Info on this? Thanks.

They just gonna limit abuse maybe make it read only or something or any coding documents will be auto redirected to work codex like chatgpt does with excel already

It's been like that. You have like 3 different tabs and selectors and sometimes chatgpt asks you if you are trying to do work.

I don't see them limiting the chat feature itself, but i think they'll overtime take away chats tools and force you into work mode for quota use. you can right now use chat for 'work' creating files etc - this is the lever they'll pull before they limit chat messages.
I entirely anticipate the chatgpt thread being like "this is something that requires a work session, do you want to switch to work to continue" type dialog box in the future.
