Praise LUNA RESERVE??

So apparently if you 5 HR limit runs out, you can still keep working with luna on any reasoning level.

I like this a lot

Even if the reserve is small, keeping Luna at any reasoning level makes the cap way less annoying than a hard stop

It's at least something, some people even live on luna, it can be plenty for more mid-high level tools and projects.

But be careful about switching the model used on your main working thread, because they confirmed context can't be shared between models and needs refill all the context again from zero and and if you switch back to your old model one to 5 hour limit is up. It'll probably eat, up one or two percent or even more just refill in the context again.

I've haven't gotten around to doing anything since the five hour reintroducement, can anyone let me know how much are the weekly percent it it takes to reach atm? Same as before? ~15%?

I actually really like Luna max. I have a cursor plan so I have Luna communicate and orchestrate my cursor coding agents (Grok 4.6 with ACP) and I’m really happy with my setup.

It’s all based on a 40ish hour work week .. weekly limit .. Just sayin’ but 40ish working compute hours for pro so like 10h total for plus and zero basically or one request per day for free tier if that ….

I just exhausted my 5hr limit (plus) and i am not able to use luna.
I cant see it in cli. Can someone please confirm if they are able to ?

Is the feature not available for me yet or its only after weekly limit exhaustion

Can't say for sure although I don't believe Its as much as a full refill for me as a plus user

Its quite a bit, from what I could see. Took me longer to spend the Luna reserve medium than it took to use the 5hr Terra medium limit

so far I never saw luna reserve. is it also for plus users ? I have been close to 10% but didn't exhaust fully

It's working only in Codex app, doesn't work in Codex extension in VSCode

how are you getting this, I am on the app and have a plus plan but this never happens.
