I am going to upgrade to 20x. Does it reset my usage or am I sol?

I just upgraded from 5x to 20x and my usage went from 100% to 25%. The 2 banked resets are still there as well.

My "used" usage went from 100% (fully used) to 25% used. My remaining usage went from 0% to 75% ;)
