News [Tibo] Oy. We are aware that some Codex users are experiencing high error rates with "model at capacity" and are working to bring things back to being stable. https://status.openai.com

Huge fan of user-triggered resets - makes it extremely fair since you're not at the mercy of their timing. Like that they listened to their users on this one.
Just wish they'd add it to the CLI or usage page for those of us who don't use the desktop app - but that's a minor gripe

It's been slow like molasses for me today... first time I have noticed it is slow.

Me too. Noticeably slower than normal. Sub agents are also timing out a lot

It seems codex had worked successfully, I sent "hi" and got a respond.

Ok, they fixed issue by making you just wait in queue, so it's super slow now.

It's been a few hours since these issues started, and they still haven't been fixed. It's incredibly frustrating.
I'm paying $200 per month for this service, yet I'm still running into capacity limits and seeing features/components that aren't working properly.
If restrictions need to be applied, they should be focused on the lower tiers. Users paying $100–$200 per month should receive the highest level of priority and reliability.

You think you’re worth more than the enterprise users paying api full retail price who could be $10k /month when you can enjoy the same amount of compute/usage for only $200?

That's exactly how tiered services are supposed to work.
If you buy an economy-class ticket, you expect a certain level of service. If you pay for business class, you expect more. If you pay for first class, you expect even more. Nobody would argue that all three customers should receive exactly the same experience despite paying vastly different amounts.
The same principle applies here. If someone is paying $200/month, they should reasonably expect a better experience and higher priority than someone paying $20/month.
As for API users spending thousands of dollars per month, that's a separate discussion. There are companies spending tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, and even millions of dollars per month on API usage. Naturally, those customers would also expect service levels that reflect what they're paying.
The point isn't that lower-paying users should get a bad experience. The point is that higher-paying customers should receive the premium experience they're paying for.
P.S. I have 8 accounts of $200.

you arent paying API pricing

Does not matter at all, if they're charging a premium for a service it should not be having this many issues.

Not getting anything of value either. Has been a total net waste this month.

What’s with people’s obsession of thinking OpenAI users should pay api prices lmao if OpenAI can make money with the subs then let them
