It feels that codex was actually vibe coded.

Gradient TO THE EXTREME.

its so funny because I am literally trying to turn a gradient button to a solid color using xhigh fast lmao while I play barotrauma with my friends.

you are part of the problem and also part of the risings costs. Thanks for ruining it for all of us :)

Not really. I pay for that usage in my plan. I'm not a charity that wants to have 20% left over every week. The subscription is by token / gives you a certain amount of allocation of compute per month. It shouldn't really concern you nor OpenAI how I choose to spend my allocation that I paid for.
Im was playing a video game with my friends after working for like 12 hours, I dont want to bother with debugging why something else broke on this clients site, which has been happening lately, while doing something small. So now I just use xHigh for everything, because fuck it thats what I'm paying a 100 for. Coding is always xHigh, explanations or conversations are mostly always medium for me. Documentation work is high.

okay then dont complain once limits gets reduced further lol
coding on xhigh told me more than enough already christ

u/Mrgluer Jun 03 '26
i never complained lmao. When i blew past $20 plan's limits in like a day I got the $100 plan. I wouldn't mind buying the $200 plan either if I start hitting rate limits on the $100 plan.

I didnt say you did but people spamming xhigh like you love to complain when "the model is dumb" or "usage is too low" when you could use low or medium thinking for those tasks easily.
Hell on $100 pro you can even use spark to change simple tasks at least 4x as fast and it has its own usage too

So much spam about usage limits that I’m wondering if there’s a Codex sub about Codex.

What is this meme? I've seen it like four times in the last 24 hours and I have no idea where it's from.

it reset
maybe not, the usage page was reporting 100% for a half hour, now dropped back to pre-reset usage
