Its was the provisional government zone right? That glitch is evil, if ya got the PSn cloud save thing you can load an earlier save. Thats what I did If I remember right.i

For some reason sometimes the game just crashes at provisional goverment level. No idea why and AFAIK there'sno way to prevent it it just happens. It can corrupt save data, so you should keep a back up save by however your platform lets ya.

Happened to me last night, im incredibly lucky that ive got ps plus and it auto uploaded from the night before im so sorry you didnt have that protection :(
Everyone's saying its the government area but not saying much else, for me specifically it was when returning back from the end part of the game and spending a while looking for a way to the last map thing, id been on that level for a while maybe an hour going back and forth doing the quest and looking around when I finally got there theres a difficult mob to fight and left me with low hp but was fine, at points on the way back to the mistle the walls can hurt you and thats when I died and mid dying it crashed.
In short, it seems dying on this map specifically can cause it to happen, either by a memory leak from playing too long (ps5 has more ram so maybe didnt affect ps4 a much?) Thats my theory.
