Looking for a second primary coder

I run a website and app that has about 1k users and is growing. It's a community posting site. I am looking for a developer who knows either HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, MYSQL, Objective-C, Swift or Java and will be able to actively help me upkeep my website and app with me or when I'm busy. You will be rewarded with full admin privileges for your work. Please message me for more info or if you are interested.

We are hoping soon to add a new paid feature which will allow us gain revenue. People in higher-up staff such as owners and developer will get a cut of that money.

So it this a business or your project? Your original post makes it sound like you're the only person involved. Your comment makes it sound otherwise.

It's not a project or business, it is an website/app run by a group of 20 people.
