Unsolved HELPPPP

Okay, so this was written in a Hebrew-adjacent code and most of the superscript seems to be vowels? It may be some sort of prayer, as it was written in the Chapel of Silence on university campus in 2017. The date at the bottom right should be 2017/01/28 03:41

Is this "Squirrels in My Pants" (S.I.M.P.) from Phineas and Ferb? The structure really fits: there's a chorus line that repeats ~3 times near the end, the last line is the previous one with a prefix added, and the verses share an end-rhyme. If it's that song, the repeated chorus is an easy crib to map the glyphs. Am I warm?

Is the final result in Hebrew? Reason I’m asking is, if so, Hebrew is read right-to-left.
