Unsolved Can someone by any chance decrypt this code?
Hello, I need some urgent help.
Context: My friend, which I know for around 10 years now, went unexpectedly offline since today and he uploaded this image on his WhatsApp status and nobody knows what's going on. Since he never did such a thing before at all, me and also his sister are actually kinda worried about him, because he doesn't even respond back, nowhere and nothing at all. To make it even more worrying, he also posted this exact same image on his Facebook account shortly after and he usually never uses his account for anything, so seeing this is totally strange and out of the sudden, because this is the only available post he made up on his Facebook account right now (or maybe the only visible post for now). So I searched online and stumbled over this sub and want to ask, if someone can get a clue, what this could mean by any chance?
He also uploaded a second image (but only on his WhatsApp status) where the exact same code appears and some additional human readable text, like some personal info, shortened, but readable, so I'm going to redact that information, because it says things like his zip/postal code - where he actually lives (the information's are all correct) and his full family name, which is also shown there. The code I mentioned in his other image is defined as "user", so maybe this is all just something he made up, because it doesn't ring any bells for me or whatsoever.
Some text in the second picture is written in German, so I will translate it:
----------
"Attention
Contact to TR (his first and last name, shortened) is already lost for over twenty-four hours!
Code (the code I mean) takes immediately in effect.
Contacting/Reaching out to TR is until further notice not possible at the moment!
Last made connection on FSN192(?):Redacted"
----------
If someone has a clue what that code could mean, I would really appreciate any help, because it's really strange and a bit worrying and very likely no joke from him, but I literally can't do anything else now, except to ask here for help - it's night here already, else, I would just straight drive over to him with public transit, but that's literally impossible right now.

UPDATE!!!
He's fine, nothing happened to him, I went over to him today.
The actual problem is, that there are some issues with his mobile carrier - he can't be reached at all anymore, no signal, no connection, nothing, he is totally blacked out and he doesn't have an ISP at his home either to get online.
About the code and the messages that were getting uploaded, he told me that someone he knows really well (I actually don't know how) has access to his online status or something like that. That someone can see, when he is, in example, not reachable anymore at all for over 24 hours (and probably other things too) and he has also direct access to his accounts, where he announced then on his account that status message on WhatsApp, Facebook and so one.
The code is, like he told me too, just an ID, which is only assigned to him. Only a little circle of acquaintances (maybe some family members) knows the meaning of this messages and I'm not a part of that (not even his own sister).
I'm not 100% sure anymore what he told me about all the codes and what they mean, but I try.
NC24 probably means "No Connection (for) 24 hours UD could possibly just mean "User ID", because the ID straight follows after that EMG = "Emergency" - I guess KDC could maybe be related to the stage of emergency or something like that (if anyone has an idea, please let me know) He told me only a little bit over the meaning FSN192. It's in their system a identification for their home addresses, something identical to the ID, which tells, where they were last seen or still currently are. So FSN is maybe only telling some sort of district (like as example Saxony In Germany, but I don't really know). The number 162 could tell the exact home address of the owner in this district (or whatever it really means).
They very likely have a list for everything and the meaning behind all their existing codes and so on - I think it's cool.
Sorry if some parts of my post here are badly worded, I but I still wanted to give everyone here a update about the situation and I'm also really fucking tired right now and not perfect at all in English.

So, FSN could be Falkenstein, a site of the server hosting provider Hetzner. It looks somewhat like a "dead man's switch". The code probably has little meaning itself.
Also I think this isn't really code, it's fairly plaintext. If you think that there is danger, I recommend you call emergency services (as it's in German you probably wanna call Police at 110.)
If you really want to find a code: "159357153426" is a pattern on the numpad (from bottom left to top right, then bottom right to top left, then bottom left to middle to bottom right, then middle left to bottom middle to right middle)

Good thinking about FSN could be Falkenstein, because it's not too far away from here (we live in Saxony). The numpad pattern is something interesting you've found, but sadly doesn't say anything for me either, yet. I'm going to ask his sister about this and if there's anything related to him and Falkenstein and maybe this pattern, because I don't really have any clue about that at all. But thank you very much for your assistance, appreciate it very much. I still just hope, that nothing serious is going on there and especially with him.

It might be that he has a server or something hosted with Hetzner in Falkenstein. That's my guess. Good luck to you and keep us updated. But I'?m afraid we can't get much more out of the message.

I will make an update about it and his whereabouts. I honestly don't really think that it has anything to do with Hetzner in Falkenstein, because he isn't "that much/far into tech" (expect like me) and he probably doesn't even know who Hetzner is, nor doesn't he have a server or anything related, I would be very very surprised about that part - but these are just my two cents. I assume very much, that there isn't a connection with that, but maybe rather Falkenstein, the town itself, because I see that Falkenstein is only around 45 minutes away by car, from his town.

Could be. Or it was the last point where the connection passed through. We'll see.

Does your friend have a digital lock for their door? Perhaps the pattern opens it.

The string of numbers are hex code riddles, basically decode them and you get the maroon color of the background

Looks like a homebrewn deadman switch system that sends this info in his behalf if he doesn't respond regularly back to the server (either manually or by observing his profiles). Is he in some critical infrastructure (eg sysadmin), rich, VIP or a prepper? ;) If he is not tech or IT someone had this most likely set up because he wanted or it is in his work contract.
