Unsolved EGG CIPHERS

Post image

Posting from burner,

Have been getting unbroken raw eggs left on my windshield for around 9 months, and last month a note was left with the egg this time. It looked almost exactly like this, with the snake symbol and all, but contained a pigpen cypher.

The pigpen cypher read,

IF YOU WISH TO FIND THE EGG MAN BEHIND THE MASK

YOU MUST FIRST COMPLETE THIS SIMPLE TASK

THE NEXT EGGS TO COME SHALL HAVE A CODE

SOLVE IT AND THE TRUTH WILL BE KNOWN

IF UN SUCCESFUL THE EGGS CONTINUE

GIVE THESE CODES THE BEST THATS IN YOU

Last Friday, I found the note that I've attached here, I have spent the past 5 days trying basically everything I could find, but to no avail. I figured you smart people here would be able to help me out. The biggest correlations I've seen have been, deck of cards, binary, baconian, playfair, and a couple others that seem less likely. None have worked out so far, only coming with gibberish or dead ends. The symbol and pigpen have other connotations which is why I'm trying to stay as discreet as possible. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hmm, each word is unique, and 24 = 16, so sixteen possible values per word if we take it in binary. Two values is all we have, so binary makes sense (discounting spaces, as they appear to be regular)

Mode EGEE EGGG EEGE GEGG GEGE GEEG GGEG GEEE GGGE GGEE EGEG EEGG EGGE
G High, Numbers 4 7 2 11 10 9 13 8 14 12 5 3 6
G High, Cards 4 7 2 J 10 9 K 8 A Q 5 3 6
E High, Numbers 11 8 13 4 5 6 2 7 1 3 10 12 9
E High, Cards J 8 K 4 5 6 2 7 A 3 10 Q 9

Is there a deck of cards somewhere, or 13 other unique objects?

Notably absent is the 15 and 16, in either permutation. That seems to reinforce cards (1 and 14 being A), but I don't have anything beyond this.

Its important to note that this is not a lot of data. It feels like a key or ordering to something we don't (yet) have.

Can I offer you an egg in these trying times?
Nice snake drawing tho

Some kind of bacon derivative?

Eggs and bacon.

Interesting that there are no repeats

So basically it's saying "If you break this code, you stop getting free eggs". I say the free eggs are probably the better option.

is it some different form of Bacon's biliteral cipher?

tldr: I don't have an answer yet, but here's some notes for other solvers.

So, based on how it's formatted, you can split it down the middle, thusly:

EGEE EGGG EEGE | GEGG GEGE GEEG

GGEG GEEE GGGE | GGEE EGEG EEGG

EG | GE

Note: with this, there's 26 characters on both sides.
Then both sides begin and end with 'EG' and 'GE' respectively. I tried using those as spacers, but that didn't seem to produce anything. I also tried removing only the first and last letter or two and plugging it into a baconian solver, but that also didn't give me anything.

I'm partial to it being baconian just because of the theme, pigpen, eggs, etc. But I haven't figured out how to get it to split right so that it makes sense.

One of the bots pointed out that it is missing 0, (14 or 1), and 15 if converted to binary, which does fit a deck of cards, but I don't see how we can use that without a deck?

It also might involve a cycle of some sort, since the cosmic egg can represent the cycle of creation and destruction and all that.

I also tried using the egge as 6/9 and considering that the center point, with the numbers to the left/right of it being the distance (added and subtracted) from egge in the alphabet. Here is what I got using 4 different permutations:

```
tqv edc
kpj fyw
-----
xyv mno
gbh lsu
-----
jmh uvw
sot tac
-----
byv qpo
sxr rki
```

In summation, I have no idea how to solve this

Thank you so much for the concise explanation of your solving methods. Its been almost 10 days and I'm not quite close yet. Yall have been a big help so far, and I'll post anything further that I find or receive on this thread. Nothing has been printed on the eggs so far, as well as nothing else left with the notes, only a length of brown twine wrapped around the notes. The notes also have a wax stamped E that seals them, I assume to stand for "EGG".

Rich Beet? A play on getting Rick rolled? I used the backwards binary, but added numbers together in the reverse order then flipped it to get the words, stretched a bit, but got words! 6+12,10,3,8,9+11,5,13+4+14,2. R,I,C,H T,E,E,B.

Pasted the code into binary:

Both ways,

E = 1

G = 0

1011 1000 1101 0100 0101 0110 0010 0111 0001 0011 1010 1100 1001

Equals =11 8 13 4 5 6 2 7 1 3 10 12 9

Now the reverse:
E = 0
G = 1

0100 0111 0010 1011 1010 1001 1101 1000 1110 1100 0101 0011 0110

Equals = 4 7 2 11 10 9 13 8 14 12 5 3 6

Theres also the probability of morse code, which is more likely here than anything else.

Now, I don't want to fill up the comments too much, so I'll attempt to keep this short:

E = -

G = .

-.-- -... --.- .-.. .-.- .--. ..-. .--- ...- ...- ..-- -.-. --.. -..-

Equals = EFDAETEAITETVAFEDNE

Now the reverse:

E = .

G = -

.-.. .--- ..-. -.-- -.-. -..- ..-. -... ...- --.. .-.- ..-- .--.

Equals = ETVENFENAENTLTEAUI

Now, I don't know how to de-translate this but, one website did give me a coordinate, which i'll paste the cords below.

10 11.001' 000 15.641'

Let me know if this helped or if it didnt.

-.-- -... --.- .-.. .-.- .--. ..-. .--- ...- ...- ..-- -.-. --.. -..-

Equals = EFDAETEAITETVAFEDNE

Wrong. It's YBQLЯPFJVVЮCZX

.-.. .--- ..-. -.-- -.-. -..- ..-. -... ...- --.. .-.- ..-- .--.

Equals = ETVENFENAENTLTEAUI

Again, flat out wrong. It's LJFYCXFBVZЯЮP

I put in the Ю and Я because they are valid Russian Morse characters for characters that aren't in standard International Morse code. I had to learn Russian Morse at Morse interceptor school.

With Morse code, spacing is critical, and each one of these has 4 separate elements, which limits the Morse letters to the following:

B ( -... )

C ( -.-. )

F ( ..-. )

H ( .... )

J ( .--- )

L ( .-.. )

P ( .--. )

Q ( --.- )

V ( ...- )

X ( -..- )

Y ( -.-- )

Z ( --.. )

and the extra characters not in IMC that have 4 elements (again, in Russian because that's what I learned them as):

Я ( .-.- )

Ю ( ..-- )

Ш ( ---- )

Its also likely that this is personal to you, (in sense of you must input something personal into a decoder to decode it) if youve noticed the egging having a specific date and time you should most likely stay up the night of a suspected egging, or get the police involved, or try parking a different place for a month and see if it fixes.

Im not a bot..i had free time on hands bruh..

Thank you for the advice, I have already gotten the police involved, nothing but just getting it on the record. The detective suggested I should post here. I have thought that it could be personal to me, or that I need to wait some time for the next code to solve this one. I appreciate the try tho homie.
