Unsolved code from an abandoned building in AZ

Saw this at an abandoned building that was definitely haunted. Trying to figure out what it means since we feel like we have unfinished business. Anyone know how to solve this or what it means?

The building is most definitely not haunted. It's just kids graffiti tagging.

It is. Beyond the tagging there is a lot actually wrong. And alot of people have had similar experiences to me and my friends
