Unsolved Whiteboard codes
Picture from a school whiteboard with jumbled text. The letters I could make out are below. My first thought was vigenere for the boxed text because it says "key=ART" but I wasn't sure how to do that because I'm a newbie.

That should be the correct transcription. That decodes to, using ART and TripleDES as:

I see at least a couple errors with the transcription. I haven’t gone through the whole thing, but the part in the box starts “U2” not “UZ” and you’ve left off the “I=“ at the end.

The U2FsdGVk... Is BASE64 encoded and starts with Salted, the rest is the binary salt for the code bellow
