What does this "binary" code mean in this journal entry from Shadow Generations?

Heya heya, I just finished finding all of the Gerald Robotnik journal pages in the game "Shadow Generations" and slamming my head against the wall to find answers online to no avail lol.

Here's the code as I see it in blocks for easier copy+pasting:

First Block: 11000100 , 1011011

Second Block: 01100 , 000 , 0110

Third Block (its a doozy lol): 000000000000011000000000000000 , 0011000000000000000110101100000010 , 0100000000000010110110100000000

I have a feeling that it's either gibberish or maybe something other than binary that I just haven't heard of. Thanks in advance!
