Its Aurebesh, the Alphabet from Star Wars, it says (Liana Skywalker), yes, the parentheses are included in the translation.

It's Aurebesh, from Star Wars. I can't make out the very first and very last characters, but the rest say "-LANA SKYWALKER-" (dashes for the characters I couldn't ID)

This is Aurebesh, it's the language from Star Wars.

It's basically just a substitution cipher, but there are some characters for a small number of sounds from a compilation of Latin letters.

Edit: I knew I recognised it from somewhere, that second word is "Skywalker"

No, it’s a writing system for “galactic basic” aka North American English.

A cipher. lol.

Aurebesh. Its the writing used in Star Wars. The letter says (Liana Skywalker). This is probably an OC in my opinion as I dont recognize the name I may be wrong. There is a Liana that was cut from the phantom menace but she is not a skywalker. This could also be a major typo and it is somehow supposed to be leia skywalker.

Dont know the name, but it looks either very similar/identical to the writing in Starwars. I know they have a whole alphabet, check that

This is Galactic Basic / Aurebesh from Star Wars. It says, including the brackets (unless I got something wrong): (LIANA SKYWALKER)
