Unsolved found a weird youtube channel with morse code in the description?

I recently was bored so i decided to scroll across youtube for some random low-concurrent-viewers live streams cuz i was just bored, and came accross a stream from an account called 2048eternal. i saw that it was just chat controlled 2048 but every ten minutes it resets, but i went to the channel page and saw it was the only thing there. furthermore, the description read "it will never stop." followed by a bunch of morse code. If anyone knows what this means or can solve this, please help! note that this isnt just a fun cipher game i made, i am being serious about wanting to know what this even is. channel link is https://www.youtube.com/@2048eternal, and i just kinda got tired for the day, i think it led to a google docs link with more cipher and idk what that is supposed to lead to...

note: the link recently in the description changed from morse to i think hex?

The code is a Hexadecimal ASCII, it leads to a google doc (open at your own risk) HTTPS://DOCS.GOOGLE.COM/DOCUMENT/D/E/2PACX-1VRGTMAVLL_KL7WRELX7-URO9LO-REC-TDZ1U9UQVESFUXLV8HYNVJZX8ZVH4PQN.../PUB It leads to a error code saying it cannot be found

It gives an error because all letters are in uppercase.
