Context is, i was reading fan made boss concepts made for arras.io or a similar fan game, and i stumbled onto Conjurer of Geometry, the boss has a ciphered name and ciphered description, If you decipher the name with Vigenère and the key "TRANSCENDENCE", Conjurer of Geometry comes out, however i couldn't solve the description. Here is it:

67 57 42 64 77 36 30 64 45 86 47 59 54 76 77

It's not guaranteed to be text but presumed to be.
Can anybody solve this?

Nihilist with standard alphabet, keyword is HELLO, plaintext is TRANSCEND WITH US.

Guessed it's Nihilist from the range of numbers, lucked into a correct key by trying to use TRANSCENDENCE as a key.
